fix: tracy 子模块钉到 v0.14.1，与 GUI 协议版本对齐

master 开发提交（81c5005）的协议号已偏离 0.14.1 release，
GUI 连接报 incompatible protocol。子模块记录精确 commit hash，
clone --recursive 的机器拿到的一直是锁定的版本
