Super_Z 2b8f65f198 Deploy: v0.5.2 final (offline report + tab UI + persist race fix)

- New: Offline earnings report dialog (welcome back + gain + duration + rate + progress)
- New: offlineReport module (module-level store + custom event, no schema change)
- Fix: useGameLoop waits for persist rehydrate before init (race condition causing offline report not showing)
- UI: Tab bar redesign (flex-col icon/text, per-tab accent color glow, larger dots with ring)
